He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Naluri, a health technology start-up. He is also an investor and advisor to iflix, MoneyMatch, Cognifyx, and YellowPorter.
He was previously the CEO of iflix in Malaysia and its Group COO – a disruptive internet television video-on- demand service that was launched in Kuala Lumpur in May 2015, and now operates across over 20 markets across Asia, Middle East and Africa with 650 employees after only two years from launch.
Previously he was the founding CEO of AirAsia X, the world’s pioneer low-cost long-haul airline. He led the start-up team that developed the business plan, raised capital, secured relevant licenses, and launched AirAsia X’s first flight in November 2007.
AirAsia X since expanded from one aircraft to 26, employing over 2,500 staff, and approximately US$1 billion in annual revenue in 2014. In July 2013, AirAsia X became a public-listed company, the first ever long-haul LCC airline to do so.
Prior to AirAsia X, Azran was formerly the Senior Director of Business Development for Astro All Asia Networks plc, where he led the start-up and business building of Astro’s media, creative content, and technology investments and joint ventures across Southeast Asia, India and Greater China.

Mohamed Anwer Mohamed Yusoff

Mohamed Anwer Mohamed Yusoff graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida and did post graduate studies at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in the area of artificial intelligence in aircraft design. He has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the Malaysian ICT industry, and his skill-sets encompass Supply Chain Management, Business Process Re-engineering, and in the last 5 years in the area of information security.

Mohd Razlan Haji Abd Hamid

Mohd Razlan Haji Abd. Hamid has over 25 years experience in intellectual property in which he started his career as a Trade Mark Examiner at Bahagian Harta Intelek, Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri & Hal Ehwal Pengguna (KPDNHEP) in 1992. When the Bahagian Harta Intelek was incorporated as Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) in 2003, he joined the incorporation.
With his experience in Trade Mark Department, he was appointed as a Director of MyIPO’s Intellectual Property Academy in 2014 and has served the Academy for one year.
Between 2015 – 2017, Mohd Razlan was the Head of Industrial Designs Division. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Trade Mark Substantive Examination and Appeal Section.

Tan Tze Meng
Head of Data Cloud Department, Enabling Ecosystem Division, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation
Tze Meng graduated with a BSc(Eng) in Computer Engineering from Queen Mary College, University of London in 1986 and has been in the ICT industry for more than 30 years. He had roles in data communications, electronics design, and software development in his early career.
In 1988 he started a career with Telekom Malaysia's IT Division and was involved in TM's data centre deployments and OSS capacity planning. In 1994 he was recruited into a special team which resulted in the launch of TMnet in 1996. In 2000 he left his role of managing TMnet's international networks to lead a data centre consulting startup which designed a data centre in Cyberjaya and secured two major local banks' Internet banking facilities. The dotcom crash and decline of the DC industry in the late 90s prompted Tze Meng to venture into another startup in the Apple enterprise support business In 2003.
In 2007 the prospect of guiding MSC Malaysia's infocomms strategy and policy brought him to MDEC and today he heads the Data Cloud Department which is responsible for the ecosystem development in the digital content and services space which includes data centres, cloud, telecoms and broadband. He has also been a member of the Malaysia's mirror committee for ISO/IEC Information Security Standards development for 7 years and has been the chairman for WG4, Security Techniques for 3 years. More recently he has been appointed to be on another ISO mirror committee for Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology standards.
Adrian Abdul Ghani
Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission
Mr Adrian Abdul Ghani is currently a Senior Director in the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), the regulator for the converged communications and multimedia industry.
He currently heads the Digital Services and Data Platform Division, leading initiatives in the area of Digital ID, Digital TV, digital trust, digital health and geospatial services. During his time in MCMC, Mr Adrian has also served as a Director in the Resource Assignment Management Division (Numbering) where he led the implementation of Mobile Number Portability in Malaysia. Prior to that, Adrian served as a Deputy Director in the Legal & Advisory Division.
In between his tenure in MCMC, he served as Senior Vice President in a developmental organisation in the area of life sciences with oversight on matters related to business development, entrepreneurship, funding facilitation and regulatory.
Adrian started his career as an advocate and solicitor in a legal firm with regional presence specialising in the area of corporate finance, intellectual property, company law and communications and multimedia law.
